How you'll make an impact:
Collaborate with SiriusXM PGA TOUR Radio Production team to create a sports radio programs centered on golf. Candidate will handle a checklist of technical duties, and work with producers to generate content by brainstorming ideas, finding supporting audio, and getting music for the shows
What you'll do:
  • Create show reports.
  • Screen listener calls.
  • Identify and pull top audio clips and guest interviews.
  • Archive shows.
  • Update PAD/PDT on-screen data.
  • Upload shows to On Demand.
  • Produce shows on a fill-in basis within established show formats, production standards, and editorial direction.
  • Complete assignments under the direction of producers or senior production staff, following established schedules, checklists, and escalation procedures.
  • Contribute ideas and audio selections that support producer-led programming decisions.
  • Escalate issues that fall outside established procedures or require broader editorial or technical judgment.

What you'll need:
  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in radio production, journalism, sports management, or a related field, or equivalent relevant work experience.
  • Strong golf knowledge preferred.
  • Familiarity with audio editing and production software, including Adobe Audition, Zetta, Galaxy, and VX Producer.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access.
  • Ability to follow detailed instructions, established production processes, and defined quality standards.
  • Ability to build effective working relationships with producers and other internal partners.
  • Must have the legal right to work in the U.S.

At SiriusXM, we carefully consider a wide range of factors when determining compensation, including your background and experience. These considerations can cause your compensation to vary. We expect the base salary for this position to be between $51,200 and $54,650 and will depend on your skills, qualifications, and experience. Additionally, this role might be eligible for discretionary short-term and long-term incentives. We encourage all interested candidates to apply.
