This collaboration involves researching exhibit themes, conducting interviews with museum experts, and ensuring that the stories told align with institutional messaging. Regular meetings and brainstorming sessions are common to coordinate schedules, select topics, and review scripts or audio drafts. Effective communication and a willingness to learn from subject matter experts are essential for creating compelling podcast episodes that reflect the museum's mission.
