Over 45 years, Related has built, rehabilitated, and managed over 110,000 units, earning its place as one of the most prolific names in real estate. Today, the company is in its most significant expansion yet, with more than 90 active developments across the U.S. and Latin America, spanning luxury condominiums, market-rate rentals, mixed-use centers, and affordable properties. Job Description:

The Web / Graphic Designer creates and maintains the digital and visual identity of Related Group across our corporate website, development-specific microsites, and marketing collateral. Sitting within the Information Technology team and reporting to the VP of Information Technology, this role bridges design and technology - turning brand and project requirements into polished, high-performing web experiences and graphics. The work directly supports property launches, sales campaigns, and the company's overall brand presence in the market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and maintain websites, microsites, and landing pages for the corporate brand and active developments, delivering responsive, on-brand experiences across devices

  • Create graphic assets for digital and print - display ads, email campaigns, social media graphics, brochures, presentations, and signage - in support of property launches and marketing initiatives

  • Partner with Marketing, Sales, and IT teams to translate project requirements into functional web experiences and polished visual deliverables

  • Manage website content updates through the CMS, ensuring accuracy, performance, accessibility, and SEO best practices

  • Uphold brand consistency across all projects by applying and helping evolve Related Group's brand guidelines

  • Prepare production-ready files for print and digital vendors, and QA all web work across browsers and devices before launch

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Web Design, Digital Media, or a related field - or equivalent professional experience

  • 3-5 years of professional experience in web and graphic design, with a portfolio demonstrating both

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma

  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and content management systems (e.g., WordPress)

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in real estate, architecture, hospitality, or luxury brands

  • Motion graphics or video editing skills (After Effects, Premiere Pro) and basic JavaScript

  • Bilingual English/Spanish

Benefits as a Related Employee:

  • Base Salary and Performance bonus

  • Medical, dental, vision, legal services, flexible spending account.

  • Employer Match Commuter Benefits.

  • The benefits package includes 100 percent employer-paid life and disability insurance.

  • Employer Matching 401k.

  • Upward Mobility

  • Employee Engagement and Wellness programs.

  • Company-paid Vacation, Sick, Personal, and Holiday Time.

  • Opportunities for Professional Development and Tuition Reimbursement.
