What are we looking for?
Someone who is energetic, passionate about people, and doesn't mind a little hard work. This person would ideally have a background in customer service, be energetic, and work well with people. Schedule flexibility (up to 20 hours per week) and the ability to work weekday mornings is a must.
What does a day look like in this position?
This person will wear many hats, but most importantly, make sure that our guests have a world class experience. Guest Services Associates are responsible for many things including, but not limited to:
  • Leading field trip groups through the Museum
  • Selling tickets/memberships
  • Selling and stocking merchandise in the Museum Store
  • Answering telephones and directing calls as necessary

We are all part of the same team and we all pitch in when there is work to be done.
