OrthoNOW immediate Orthopedic Care

Miami, FL • On-site

$22 - $28/hr

Job description

If you like meeting people and turning a first handshake into a real relationship, this is for you.

OrthoNOW is a South Florida network of orthopedic urgent care clinics. We provide walk-in care for fractures, sprains, sports injuries, joint and muscle pain, and other orthopedic conditions. Our clinics offer on-site X-rays, casting and splinting, and evaluation and treatment for many injuries in the same visit.

Many people still do not know specialized orthopedic urgent care exists (i.e., that a walk-in orthopedic center is even an option for medical treatment). Your job is to help change that, one conversation at a time.

This is a relationship-building role, not high-pressure sales. You'll introduce OrthoNOW to local

organizations, build genuine relationships, and make sure people know we're here when someone needs orthopedic care.

Life brings injuries. You're making sure people know where to turn when these happen.

What You'll Do

  • Get out into the field and introduce OrthoNOW to medical offices, schools, athletic programs, employers,
  • and community partners.
  • Meet office staff, managers, athletic directors/coaches, business owners, nurses, and other local contacts.
  • Build real relationships and follow up so OrthoNOW stays top of mind when someone needs us.
  • Drop off approved educational and marketing materials and learn when our services are - and aren't - the
  • right fit.
  • Reliably maintain simple notes on who you met, what was discussed, and the next step. We provide the
  • target lists and trackers.
  • Share what you're learning so our outreach gets smarter every week.

Who We're Looking For

You do not need years of sales experience.

  • You can walk into a new place, introduce yourself, and comfortably start a conversation.
  • A "no, not interested" does not rattle you. You follow up when it makes sense, or move on to the next
  • opportunity. You can read the room.
  • You're organized and reliable. You keep track of visits and follow-ups without letting things fall through the
  • cracks. Your email is tidy and you communicate reliably.
  • You'd rather be out meeting people than sitting behind a desk all day.
  • You have a personal vehicle, valid Florida driver's license, and current auto insurance. This is a get-in-the-
  • car-and-go role.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish is strongly preferred.

Helpful but not required: experience in sales, hospitality, coaching, athletics, fitness, healthcare, customer

service, field marketing, or a medical office.

We care more about your drive, reliability, organization, and ability to connect with people than having a perfect resume.

Schedule

This is a part-time position starting at approximately 20 hours per week, typically across 2-3 days, with room to grow as the program expands.

Compensation & Support

  • $22-$28 per hour, depending on experience.
  • Mileage reimbursed at the current IRS standard mileage rate for approved business travel.
  • Opportunity for milestone bonuses as the outreach program grows.
  • Opportunity to expand your hours and responsibilities based on performance and program growth.

You'll work directly with our Growth team and receive a defined target list, approved materials and talking

points, training, simple tracking tools, regular feedback, and real ownership of your territory.

To Apply

Submit your resume.

If your background looks like a potential fit, we'll reach out for a short conversation. We're much more

interested in learning how you communicate and connect with people than making you complete a long application.
