Job Description

MUSC-Health- Oakhill Specialty Practice is seeking a board-certified Nephrologist to care for the rapidly growing local population of Sumter County, SC. The chosen candidate will have the opportunity to join a well-established and busy practice along with three other Nephrologists and a Nurse Practitioner.

We are seeking candidates with: 

  • Clinical expertise in Nephrology 

  • Board Certified in Nephrology  

  • Academic orientation, enthusiasm for teaching, and passion for outreach  

Our opportunity: 

  • Position is focused on ambulatory clinical setting, inpatient, and dialysis clinics  

  • Involvement in the teaching of medical students, residents, and fellows 

  • Normal office hours 

  • On call rotation expected to be 1 in 4 

  • A wonderful balance of work and play- enjoy time with your family
