Responsibilities * Collaborate with clients to produce a variety of creative print and digital deliverables * Create document designs, including covers, page layouts, inclusive graphics, and image selection * Prepare files for digital or offset printing * Design brochures and informational handouts for various program outreach efforts and recruitment. Qualifications * TS/SCI clearance with polygraph * Minimum five years of experience in graphic design * Design creative and compelling communication visuals * Demonstrated knowledge of creative problem solving * Demonstrated knowledge of Color Theory * Demonstrated knowledge of Visualization and Design Concepts * Demonstrated knowledge of Branding and Market Identity, Illustrations, Typography, and Decision Briefing * Work efficiently on multiple projects quickly and with attention to detail * Excellent interpersonal skills for collaborating with customers and a strong technical aptitude to create deliverables * Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud suite including Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Acrobat, and Elements * Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs such as PowerPoint, Excel, and Word. * Experience working in a project-based environment * Strong problem solving and analytical skills Job Locations US-VA-Chantilly
