Days / Full-time / Call: After hours coverage for patients of the office shared amongst the providers from five offices
Summary: Munson Healthcare is offering a fantastic full-time job opportunity for a certified or certified eligible* Family Medicine Advanced Practice Provider (APP) to join the exceptional practice at Prudenville Community Health Center in Prudenville, Michigan. The ideal candidate will be joining a team of experienced, friendly, and highly motivated healthcare providers, clinicians, and support staff who are dedicated to delivering excellent care to their patients and community.

Position Duties/Highlights Include:
  • Join the practice of 1 FM Physician, 2 FP APPs, 2 OB/GYN Physicians, 1 Ortho Surgeon, 1 Ortho APP, and 2 Urgent Care APPs.
  • Call: Telephone call only, rotated
  • New graduates are welcome to apply
  • Services available onsite: Laboratory, Radiology, Ultrasound, Mammogram, Physical Therapy, Behavioral Health, and OB/GYN.
  • Office Hours:
    • Primary Care: Monday - Friday 7:40-5p
    • Urgent Care: Monday - Saturday 7a-7p

Standard Qualifications:
Education / Training:
  1. Master's degree in nursing OR master's degree in physician assistant studies

Certification, Licensure, Registration:
  1. State of Michigan Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant license required.
