Vision & Strategy
  • Develop and implement a clear, compelling outreach strategy aligned with the mission and values of Hope Church
  • Identify opportunities to engage the community through practical and relational outreach initiatives
  • Design and lead both seasonal and ongoing outreach efforts
  • Evaluate effectiveness and continuously refine outreach strategies for greater impact
Leadership & Team Development
  • Recruit, train, and lead outreach volunteers and teams
  • Develop and empower leaders to own and multiply outreach initiatives
  • Cultivate a culture of evangelism and community engagement across the church
  • Collaborate with pastors, staff, and leadership teams to align outreach efforts
Community Engagement
  • Build and maintain relationships with local organizations, schools, and ministry partners
  • Identify community needs and mobilize the church to respond effectively
  • Represent Hope Church in the community with integrity, professionalism, and vision
Events & Initiative Management
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute outreach events (e.g., serve days, community events, evangelism initiatives)
  • Oversee logistics, volunteer coordination, and communication
  • Ensure excellence in execution while maintaining a strong relational focus

Spiritual Qualifications
  • Demonstrates a growing, authentic relationship with Jesus Christ

  • Passion for evangelism, discipleship, and the local church
  • Evidence of a Spirit-led life and sensitivity to the Holy Spirit

Ministerial Responsibilities
  • Attends services regularly; this can include adult, young adult, student and kids
  • Active on the ministry team; this can include adult, young adult, student and kids
  • Attends prayer room regularly
  • Attends staff meeting regularly
  • Conveys the heart, vision and beliefs of Hope Church in ministry team gatherings
Leadership & Experience
  • Proven leadership experience (church or nonprofit setting preferred)
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Experience recruiting, training, and leading volunteers
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
