Multimodality Imaging Tech $15,000 Signing Bonus East | Cardiovascular Lab

Department:

East | Cardiovascular Services

Scope of Position:

The Multi-modality position applies in all locations where Imaging Services are provided: University Hospital, East Hospital, The James Cancer Hospital and OSUWMC Ambulatory Imaging locations

Position Summary:

The Multi-Modality Imaging Technologist will be required to perform DR plain film x-ray and two or all the following modalities: MR, ULS, CT, CI, VI. Technologists will be required to provide patient education and quality assessment activities for the division, under the direction of the Imaging Manager and/or Associate Director of Cardiovascular Services. At East Hospital the imaging technologist will work primarily as an interventional radiation technologist supporting two unique modalities: Interventional Cardiology (CI) and Interventional Radiology (VI). The position may require "floating" to the other departments to provide support for CI or VI.

Minimum Required Qualifications:

Associate's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience. American Registry of Radiologic Technologists Radiography registered with current Ohio Department of Health Radiology License. Must have minimum of one year experience in at least 2 advanced modalities (Computed Tomography, Magnetic Resonance Imaging, Vascular Intervention, Cardiac Intervention or Diagnostic Medical Sonographer in General Abdomen US) or current advanced certifications (ULS, CT, MR, CI, VI) required. 0 years of relevant experience required.
