  • Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED:
  • Bachelor's degree in Visual Communications, Graphic Design, Film or Video Production, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of professional experience or equivalent internships in multimedia production, video editing, graphic design, creative production, or a related field. Experience in real estate, architecture, hospitality, or multifamily housing is preferred.
  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Lightroom Classic, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, and Photoshop, with working knowledge of other Adobe Creative Cloud applications.
  • Demonstrated video editing skills, including storytelling, color correction, audio cleanup, graphics, captions, and platform-specific delivery for long-form, short-form, and vertical content.
  • Strong graphic design fundamentals and visual judgment, including vector artwork, typography, layout, image preparation, and production-ready files for digital, print, and signage applications, with close attention to brand consistency.
  • Experience with photography, videography, or multimedia capture and a working understanding of cameras, lenses, lighting, and audio equipment.
  • Strong organizational, project coordination, written, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple assignments, changing priorities, feedback, and deadlines while collaborating effectively with internal teams and external partners.
  • Ability to interpret basic performance metrics and translate observations into practical recommendations for content improvement.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
  • A portfolio or demo reel demonstrating video editing, graphic design, and multimedia production work.

WHAT THE JOB REQUIRES:
