The Lombardo College of Business is seeking a student to provide a variety of tasks to assist the office.
Required Qualifications
  • Must be a current Business major
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality

  • Attends to daily opening and closing procedures for the office.
  • Creates television screen slide shows for office and hallway display.
  • Assist with social media - picture taking, Instagram postings, Google forms for attendance at events.
  • Assist with all Lombardo College of Business Meet the Professional events and LLC events.
  • Assist faculty with entering data into spreadsheets and maintaining databases.
  • Assist with answering phone calls and addressing students' questions/concerns.
  • Ensures the copier is stocked with paper and supplies for faculty use.
  • Processes incoming and outgoing mail.
  • Other office duties as assigned.
