THE ROLE

Isola, an industry leader in global materials sciences whose mission is to improve life by enabling innovation in electronic products, is hiring an Employee Experience & Communication Specialist at our Chandler, AZ location.

This role supports HR operations while owning the coordination, development, and execution of global internal communications and employer branding initiatives. The position partners with HR and business leaders to deliver clear, consistent messaging, enhance the employee experience, and strengthen the company's brand presence across internal and external channels.

Serving as a key partner to HR leadership and cross-functional stakeholders, this role owns communication planning, content creation, and distribution, ensuring messaging is aligned, on-brand, and effectively delivered to global audiences. This role also contributes to employer branding through visual, digital, and multimedia content, leveraging modern tools and platforms.

This position requires a blend of content development, program coordination, and stakeholder engagement, along with the ability to improve communication processes and workflows that support HR programs and services. Over time, the role is expected to be taken on increasing ownership of the execution and delivery of the communication strategy.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Global Communications & Employer Branding

  • Own and manage the global communications calendar, aligning messaging, timing, and stakeholders across regions
  • Develop and deliver communication content, including announcements, leadership messaging, and employee campaigns
  • Coordinate and execute communication programs (e.g., town halls, organizational updates, engagement initiatives)
  • Support and maintain company and employer branding standards across internal and external communications
  • Create and manage visual and multimedia content, including graphics and video (leveraging editing tools and AI-based platforms)
  • Partner with HR, leadership, and cross-functional teams to translate business priorities into clear, audience-focused messaging
  • Ensure communications are consistent, on-brand, and delivered through effective channels

 

HR Support & Employee Services

  • Support onboarding, offboarding, and employee inquiries
  • Maintain employee records and HR documentation
  • Assist with employee engagement programs and site initiatives
  • Provide coordination support for HR programs and services

 

Content, Tools & Process Improvement

  • Develop presentations, communication materials, and branded content
  • Utilize design, video, and AI tools to enhance communication quality and efficiency
  • Maintain and improve communication templates, tools, and brand standards
  • Identify and implement process improvements and workflows to improve communication, delivery, and HR program efficiency
  • Track communication activities, metrics (e.g., open rates, participation, feedback), and timelines to ensure on-time, high-quality execution
  • Prepare reports, summaries, and presentations of employee survey data for HR and leadership audiences

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Communications, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience
  • 2–4 years of experience in communications, branding, HR, or coordination roles
  • Strong writing, content development, and visual communication skills
  • Experience with graphic design, video editing tools, and AI-based content creation tools
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deliverables across functions
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and design platforms (e.g., Canva, Adobe, video tools)
  • Multilingual skills strongly preferred, particularly in German, Mandarin Chinese, or other languages supporting global operations
