About the Position

The Princeton Review is seeking a highly organized, creative, and proactive Multimedia Associate Producer to support the launch and continued growth of the Princeton Review Media Network-a new multimedia platform featuring podcasts, video programming, live events, and digital content focused on education, college admissions, career development, and student success.

Reporting to the Creative Director, Brand & Social Strategy, this role will work closely with editorial, brand, and content leaders to coordinate productions, develop compelling multimedia content, manage production workflows, and help grow audiences across podcast, YouTube, social media, and digital publishing platforms. This is an outstanding opportunity for a current student, recent graduate, or early-career media professional looking to gain hands-on experience helping build a national media platform from the ground up.

What You'll Do

Content Production & Multimedia Execution

  • Coordinate guest outreach, scheduling, and booking for podcasts and video productions.
  • Prepare guest briefing materials, episode research, and production documentation.
  • Edit and produce both short- and long-form video content for YouTube, social media, and digital platforms.

Production Operations

  • Manage production calendars, timelines, and project workflows.
  • Coordinate recording logistics, follow-up communications, and production assets.
  • Maintain organized production files, digital assets, and documentation.

Content Distribution & Audience Growth

  • Publish and distribute podcast and video content across multiple platforms.
  • Create promotional clips, trailers, highlights, and repurpose content across social, newsletters, websites, and other channels.
  • Support audience growth initiatives, community engagement, and platform optimization.

Innovation & Industry Awareness

  • Research prospective guests and episode topics.
  • Monitor emerging trends in podcasting, digital storytelling, social media, and video production.
  • Support live and virtual events as needed.

Who You Are

  • You have experience or a strong demonstrated interest in podcasting, video production, journalism, digital media, communications, marketing, or higher education.
  • You possess exceptional organizational and project management skills.
  • You are an excellent written and verbal communicator.
  • You can effectively manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
  • You are a proactive self-starter who thrives working independently while collaborating across teams.
  • You have experience editing video content for YouTube, social media, or other digital platforms.
  • You are proficient with Adobe Creative Cloud, including Premiere Pro and After Effects.
  • You have familiarity with podcast production workflows, RSS feeds, publishing platforms, and content distribution tools.
  • Experience with platforms such as Riverside, Descript, Adobe Audition, Canva, Zoom, YouTube Studio, Spotify for Creators, Libsyn, or similar tools is preferred.
  • You understand YouTube best practices, including channel optimization, thumbnails, titles, metadata, and audience engagement strategies.
  • You are passionate about storytelling and excited to help launch and grow a multimedia brand.
