JOB SUMMARY:

This internship supports digital learning and communication projects by creating and editing video, audio, graphics, presentations, and layout-based materials. This part-time role is ideal for a creative, organized student or early-career professional who wants hands-on experience with multimedia production tools. This internship is paid position and requires a minimum of 12 hours per week on-site, but no more than 29 hours per week with flexible scheduling between the hours of 8:30am-5pm.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Produce and edit videos.

2. Record, edit, and enhance audio.

3. Create and modify graphics, images, and visual assets.

4. Design layouts and communication materials.

5. Develop polished presentations and visual materials.

6. Organize project files and manage multimedia assets.

7. Other related duties as assigned.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

• Coursework or experience in Multimedia Design, Digital Media, Communications, Graphic Design, Marketing, or a related field.

• Working knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro, Audition, Photoshop, InDesign, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Clipchamp.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail and organization.

• Ability to manage multiple assignments, meet deadlines, and apply feedback.
