Position: Bilingual Recruiter
Compensation: $18 -$22 / Hr
Location: Battle Creek, MI

Responsibilities: As a Bilingual Recruiter, your primary responsibilities are to source, screen, and place qualified candidates while building strong relationships with both candidates and clients.

Here’s what you’ll be doing:
  1. Candidate Sourcing & Screening:
    - Identify and attract candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and networking.
    - Conduct interviews and assess skills, experience, and cultural fit.
    - Verify qualifications, work history, and references.
  2. Talent Matching & Placement:
    - Match candidates to open positions in manufacturing, light industrial, and production.
