Rebecca Kay Sapp Law Firm is a growing personal injury law firm dedicated to helping injured people throughout Georgia. We pride ourselves on creating an exceptional client experience from the very first phone call.


We are currently seeking a friendly, professional, and dependable Receptionist to join our team in our Lilburn office.


Position Overview

This is a full-time, in-office position. The Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for clients and potential clients both over the phone and in person.


The ideal candidate is upbeat, organized, compassionate, and able to handle a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism and positive energy throughout the day.


Responsibilities

  • Answer and direct incoming calls
  • Greet clients and visitors professionally
  • Transfer calls to the appropriate departments
  • Take accurate and detailed messages
  • Assist with scheduling and administrative tasks
  • Maintain a clean and welcoming front office environment
  • Support intake and office staff as needed
  • Provide excellent customer service to individuals who may be experiencing stressful situations


Qualifications

  • Prior receptionist, customer service, or front desk experience preferred
  • Strong communication and phone skills
  • Comfortable handling a high volume of calls
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Reliable, punctual, and dependable
  • Must have reliable transportation
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred
