In this role, you will lead the advancement of BIM and digital design practices across architecture and interior design teams, driving consistency, efficiency, and innovation across projects. What You'll Do
  • Lead the strategy, implementation, and continuous improvement of BIM and digital design practices across projects and teams.

  • Develop and maintain BIM standards, templates, libraries, and Revit families to ensure consistency and quality.

  • Provide hands-on project support, including BIM execution planning, model audits, clash detection, and issue resolution.

  • Partner with leadership, IT, and external vendors to evaluate and implement new technologies and tools.

  • Train and mentor architects and designers on BIM workflows, tools, and best practices.

  • Drive innovation by researching and introducing emerging technologies and digital design trends.

  • Support overall project delivery by ensuring data integrity, coordination, and alignment with organizational goals.

What We're Looking For
  • 10+ years of experience in BIM and digital design within architecture or interior design environments.

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.

  • Advanced expertise in BIM methodologies and tools, especially Autodesk Revit and model coordination platforms.

  • Strong experience developing standards, workflows, and automation strategies for design teams.

  • Proven ability to lead training, mentor teams, and drive adoption of new technologies.

  • Proficiency in tools such as Revit, Enscape, Rhino, Grasshopper, Blender, Navisworks, and related platforms.

  • Experience in senior living, healthcare, hospitality, or multifamily projects is preferred, along with strong communication and organizational skills.


Pay Range:152,600.00 - 190,750.00
