Project Manager / Superintendent – Multifamily Construction

Join a growing multifamily development and construction team!

We are seeking experienced Project Managers and Superintendents to oversee the construction of apartment communities from ground-breaking through final completion. This position is responsible for managing project schedules, budgets, subcontractors, quality control, safety compliance, and overall project execution to ensure successful delivery of multifamily housing developments.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee all phases of multifamily construction projects.
  • Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel.
  • Monitor project schedules and ensure milestones are achieved on time.
  • Manage project budgets, change orders, and cost controls.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality workmanship and compliance with plans and specifications.
  • Enforce safety standards and maintain a safe job site.
  • Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, municipalities, and consultants.
  • Review construction documents, contracts, and project reports.
  • Identify and resolve construction issues to keep projects on track.
  • Prepare and provide regular project updates to ownership and senior management.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in multifamily construction project management and/or site supervision.
  • Experience with apartment communities, affordable housing, tax credit, HUD, or conventional multifamily developments preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, building codes, scheduling, and budgeting.
  • Ability to read and interpret plans, specifications, and contracts.
