Position Overview:
We're seeking a driven and entrepreneur-minded Relationship Development Manager to join our growing team. You'll be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, nurturing existing client relationships, and driving revenue growth in your territory. If you're a hunter with a heart-someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and believes in a white-glove service approach-this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, networking, and referrals
  • Conduct site walks and prepare service proposals for inspections, testing, and monitoring across our suite of offerings (extinguishers, sprinklers, alarms, fire pumps, generators etc.)
  • Present and position FireCloud as a differentiating value-add to prospective clients
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with property managers, facilities directors, and procurement teams
  • Meet or exceed quarterly sales quotas and activity KPIs
  • Partner with internal teams (operations, customer service, and finance) to ensure client satisfaction and service delivery

Ideal Candidate Profile:
  • 3+ years of outside sales experience, ideally in fire life safety, building services, or B2B service industries
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong relationship-building and consultative selling skills
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities
  • Self-starter with high accountability and a team-oriented mindset
  • Knowledge of local fire codes, NFPA standards, or life safety regulations is a plus
