GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Provide on-line capacity for moving, conveyor boards and stationary boards.
  2. Be able to understand simple directions.
  3. Interpret simple color diagrams for line plugging.
  4. Check if the wire pass electricity.
  5. Press green start button (yellow light indicates part is testing, green light- part passed)
  6. Dispose "passed" parts to shipping container
  7. Disposed 'failed" parts to "reject" container
  8. Visually inspect harness for: (wire orientation, missing components, sealed wire).
  9. Pack box quality of 50 pieces (indicated by Qty in Box) on screen in shipping container.
  10. Attached shipping label to end of carton.
  11. Put aside the box for quality inspection / closure.
  12. Ability to build and tape.
  13. Aid in housekeeping

Requirements

EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION:

  • High school diploma or equivalent from accredited institution preferred.
  • Ability to work while standing.
  • Some experience preferred in manufacturing environment (will train and promote on merit).
