Maintenance Technician – 2nd & 3rd Shift

 Ashland, OH | FullTime | 2nd & 3rd Shift

Pay Range: $29.24 – $41.30 per hour (based on skills & experience)
Overtime: Daily, weekend, and holiday premiums

What You’ll Be Doing

As a Multicraft Maintenance Technician, you’ll work in a fastpaced manufacturing environment performing a wide range of industrial maintenance tasks, including:

  • Troubleshooting and repairing mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
  • Diagnosing breakdowns and restoring equipment quickly and safely
  • Performing preventive and predictive maintenance
  • Working closely with production and other maintenance team members

What We’re Looking For

Required:

  • 4+ years of experience troubleshooting and repairing industrial machinery
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn multicraft skills
  • Ability to work assigned shift (2nd or 3rd)
  • Must be able to work extended hours and occasional weekends

Preferred (not required):

  • Technical degree or certification (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Maintenance, etc.)
  • Experience in corrugated packaging, printing, converting, or manufacturing

Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
