Salon Manager (Manager-in-Training) - Sport Clips Haircuts | Eagle, ID
Sport Clips Haircuts of Eagle is looking for our next Salon Manager. This is an excellent opportunity for a licensed cosmetologist or barber who is passionate about leadership, enjoys developing others, and wants to build a long-term career with a growing company.
This position is a full-time stylist role with a structured Manager-in-Training onboarding program. To ensure long-term success, all new managers complete approximately three months of paid leadership training before transitioning into the Salon Manager position. During this time, you'll work behind the chair while learning the operational, leadership, and business skills needed to confidently lead a successful salon.
Our goal is to set every manager up for success through hands-on coaching, mentorship, and real-world leadership experience.
Compensation
Salon Managers typically earn $71,000-$78,000 annually, including hourly pay, tips, performance bonuses, and weekend pay differentials.
