Additional Job Requirements

Multi-unit leaders are responsible for the complete and total management of multiple Jersey Mike’s stores / operations, including:



  • Store sales

  • Volume

  • Quality of service

  • Customer satisfaction

  • Profit margin

  • Lead employee training

  • Lead by example

  • Participate in management team meetings and strategy sessions


Specific tasks may be delegated to other individuals as appropriate, but ultimate responsibility rests with the Multi-unit Leader


Qualifications for the job:

  • Education: High school degree or equivalent

  • 5 Years Store/General/Restaurant Management level leadership experience strongly preferred

  • Must be able to travel to multiple restaurants between IL and IA

  • Previous multi-unit/multi-site supervision is recommended

  • Other: Must be 18 years or older to operate the slicer

  • Serve Safe Certification - Manager

  • Must have reliable transportation
