Nicholas J. Molinaro, DDS is now hiring a Full Time Dental Front Desk Coordinator in Catonsville, Maryland!
As a Full Time Dental Front Desk Coordinator, come join our community of collaborative, high-quality clinical, business and operations professionals.
We are looking for a new team member that is self-motivated, driven, great with multi-tasking and loves providing great customer service to our wonderful dental patients!
The ideal candidate needs to be efficient at submitting insurance claims, posting insurance payments, and have solid overall front office knowledge.
Full Time Dental Front Desk Coordinator Schedule:
Monday through Thursday; 9:00am-5:00pm, Friday 9:00am-3:00pm; with 1 hour lunch breaks

Responsibilities
  • Manage administrative duties
  • Accounting for patients and making sure that relations are maintained
  • Organizing and helping with claims
  • Answers incoming calls to include new patients and emergencies
  • Appointment scheduling
  • Requesting records
  • Patient follow ups
  • Manage unscheduled and treatment pending lists to ensure patient follow through to meet scheduling goals

Qualifications
  • High school diploma
  • 2 or more years dental front office experience
  • Computer proficiency and ability to learn new programs
  • Exemplary customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Positive attitude and professional demeanor
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills
  • Ability to collaborate with a team
  • Familiarity with Denticon a plus but not necessary
  • Digital software familiarity, Overjet AI a plus not necessary
  • Hard worker, takes initiative, ability to discuss patient financial responsibility
