Our growing chiropractic office is seeking a reliable, tech-savvy, and bilingual Chiropractic Receptionist. If you have a welcoming personality, love multi-tasking, and speak Spanish, we want to hear from you! No medical experience? No problem — we are fully willing to train the right person.

Key Responsibilities

  • Patient Coordination: Manage multiple phone lines warmly, greet patients, and schedule appointments accurately.

  • Data Management: Set up and organize new patient charts with high attention to detail.

  • Insurance Verification: Confirm patient insurance coverage and benefits (training provided).

  • Office Support: Maintain a clean, organized front desk area and keep our patient schedule running smoothly.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Language: Fluent in English and Spanish (Prefered).

  • Tech-Savvy: Strong computer experience and comfortable learning new scheduling/medical software.
