Position Overview

The Multi-Site Manager oversees daily operations across multiple enterprise workplace dining locations, ensuring consistent execution, team performance, and client satisfaction. This role is responsible for driving operational standards, developing site-level leadership, and coordinating across functions to deliver a seamless dining experience at every location.

This is a hands-on leadership role that requires regular travel between sites and combines operational oversight, people management, and strategic problem-solving.

We are looking for a candidate who is a strong operator and people leader with a track record of managing high-performing teams across multiple locations. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and comfortable navigating the day-to-day challenges of multi-site food service while keeping the bigger picture in focus.

Responsibilities

Multi-Site Operations (35%)

  • Oversee daily operations across multiple enterprise workplace dining locations, ensuring each site meets company standards, performance targets, and operational procedures
  • Travel regularly between sites to maintain visibility, assess execution, and address issues in real time
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to improve productivity, efficiency, and consistency across all locations
  • Ensure all sites comply with company policies, food safety regulations, and industry standards
  • Identify and mitigate operational risks related to staffing, safety, or service delivery

Team Leadership & Development (30%)

  • Manage, train, and mentor site leads and their teams to ensure smooth operations and professional growth
  • Conduct performance evaluations, provide regular feedback, and implement development plans
  • Lead problem-solving efforts, coach team members through conflicts, and guide underperforming employees with structured support including training sessions and one-on-ones
  • Ensure the execution of quality, timely performance reviews across all locations

Client Service & Guest Experience (15%)

  • Ensure high levels of client and guest satisfaction across all locations, partnering with site managers to address concerns proactively
  • Monitor and improve the guest experience by implementing feedback loops and conducting regular service evaluations
  • Serve as a point of escalation for client issues that require multi-site coordination or senior attention

Reporting & Performance Analysis (10%)

  • Prepare reports on operational performance, financial health, and client feedback for senior management
  • Use data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement across sites
  • Track and report on key operational KPIs to support continuous improvement

Site Launches & Special Projects (10%)

  • Lead or support the opening of new locations, renovations, or service expansions
  • Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution
  • Assume additional responsibilities as needed to support business priorities and ensure successful execution across all sites

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in food service, hospitality, or workplace dining operations, with at least 2 years managing multiple locations
  • Proven experience leading, developing, and holding teams accountable across distributed sites
  • Strong understanding of food safety regulations, operational compliance, and quality standards
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience with project management and communication tools (Asana and Slack preferred)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage competing demands across locations
  • Willingness to travel regularly between sites in the NYC metro area
  • A commitment to personal accountability and continuous learning

Role Details

Title: Multi-Site Manager

Job Type: Full-time

Schedule: Monday through Friday. Flexibility and occasional weekend availability required based on business needs

Reports to: Operations Manager

Compensation: $95,000-$110,000 + bonus potential
