Shift openings available 7 days a week, 7:30 AM-5:00 PM (Friday 7:30 AM-4:00 PM); part-time schedules welcome
Caseload
~14 patients/day; evaluations scheduled at 1 hour
Experience Required
No minimum experience required - new grads welcome. Note: extensive skilled nursing facility background (10+ years) is not a fit for this outpatient setting

Twentynine Palms, CA (2 openings)
Yucca Valley, CA (3 openings)
About the Practice
We are an outpatient physical therapy clinic serving the Hi Desert community across two locations. Our team treats a broad range of patients - from sports injuries and post-surgical rehab to chronic pain, neurologic disorders, and geriatric care - with a hands-on, individualized approach to restoring mobility, function, and quality of life.
We also provide pediatric physical therapy alongside speech and occupational therapy services, making us a multi-disciplinary resource for families throughout the region.
We're a relationship-driven practice - many of our patients have been with us for years, and our team takes pride in being a steady, trusted presence in the community.
What You'll Do
  • Manage a caseload of approximately 14 patients per day across evaluations and treatment visits.
  • Conduct patient evaluations (1 hour) and ongoing treatment sessions within available shift hours, 7 days a week.
  • Treat a varied caseload spanning orthopedics, sports injury rehab, surgical rehab, joint replacements, geriatrics, chronic pain, neurologic disorders, and more.
  • Work as part of a multi-disciplinary team alongside speech and occupational therapy providers.
  • Build long-term relationships with patients and the local community.
What We're Looking For
Required:
  • Active PT license (or eligibility).
  • No minimum years of experience required - open to new graduates.

Not a Fit:
  • Candidates with primarily skilled nursing facility experience (10+ years in SNF settings) are not a match for this outpatient role.
Compensation & Benefits
  • Hourly pay of $42-$55/hour, depending on experience and skill level.
  • Open to a phone conversation with any candidate seeking a rate above this range.
  • Open to part-time candidates.
  • Relocation assistance available.
Schedule
Shift openings available 7 days a week, 7:30 AM-5:00 PM (Friday 7:30 AM-4:00 PM).
