What is a multi position?

Multi Position jobs refer to roles where an employee is expected to perform multiple functions or responsibilities, often across different departments or skill areas within an organization. These roles are designed to provide flexibility and support to various teams, making them valuable in dynamic work environments. Employees in multi position jobs may handle tasks ranging from administrative duties to project management or customer service, depending on the company's needs. This can be challenging, as it demands strong organizational skills, flexibility, and effective time management. Many companies support employees in these roles with clear communication channels, regular check-ins, and collaborative tools to help prioritize tasks and set realistic deadlines. Building strong relationships with colleagues across departments is also key to ensuring smooth workflow and mutual support. • Manage campus recruitment initiatives, including candidate sourcing and screening, interview coordination, selection, offer approvals, and offer extension.
  • Represent the organization at career fairs, campus events, community outreach programs, networking events, and other Talent Acquisition initiatives.
  • Partner with HR and Marketing to develop and distribute recruitment marketing and employer-branding content across social media, job boards, digital channels, and community networks.
  • Train and support HR representatives and hiring managers on recruiting best practices, interviewing and selection, onboarding standards, and recruiting processes.

  • Exercise discretion, confidentiality, sound judgment, and professionalism when handling candidate and employee information.
  • Perform other related duties and Talent Acquisition initiatives as assigned.
Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2โ€“3 years of full-cycle recruiting, Talent Acquisition, or HR Generalist experience with significant recruiting responsibility.
  • Experience recruiting in a high-volume, multi-position, or fast-paced operating environment strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to independently manage multiple requisitions and recruiting priorities across departments and organizational levels.
  • Strong sourcing and candidate research capabilities, including experience with Boolean search, LinkedIn, job boards, professional networks, referrals, and alternative sourcing strategies.
  • Experience utilizing Workday for recruiting, candidate sourcing, requisition management, and applicant tracking strongly preferred; experience with comparable enterprise recruiting platforms may be considered.
