Multi-Modality Technologist – CT / X-Ray

Immediate need for a talented Multi-Modality Technologist – CT / X-Ray. This is a 13 weeks contract opportunity with long-term potential and is located in Lake Geneva, WI (Onsite).

Compensation Pay Package: Please reach out for further discussion and negotiation. Weekly Gross Pay: $2,900.00 (subject to completion of scheduled hours)

  • Expected Hours: 40 hours per week (no hourly guarantee)

  • Maintain active status in the modalities in which they practice
  • Assist department coordinator with clinical leadership, projects, and advanced clinical duties
  • Perform all exams within assigned modalities competently
  • Corroborate patient clinical history with procedure; ensure documentation is available for radiologist
  • Prepare patients for procedures; provide instructions to obtain desired results and minimize anxiety
  • Select and operate imaging equipment, image capture devices, and accessories
  • Position patients to best demonstrate anatomic area of interest
  • Practice aseptic technique as necessary
  • Prepare and administer contrast media; start and maintain IV access
  • Initiate BLS action when necessary
  • Provide patient education
  • Provide input for supply and equipment decisions; maintain inventory control
  • Provide practical instruction for students and partners
  • Observe universal protocol, standard precautions, and appropriate patient identifiers
Key Requirements and Technology Experience
  • ARRT registered in Radiography required
  • ARRT registered in CT required
  • WI-DSPS radiographer license required (must be currently active)
  • Current AHA BLS/CPR certification required
  • EPIC EMR experience preferred
  • Less than 1 year experience accepted – new grads welcome!
  • Holiday coverage required
  • Weekend rotation required
  • Locals are accepted – no radius restriction
