Job description
We are seeking a Multi-Unit Manager to join our team! You will be responsible for overseeing operations at two locations, for providing customers with a memorable dining experience and for promoting and protecting the Business Owner's interests.
- Oversee administrative functions including but not limited to inventory, scheduling, store upkeep, and monthly marketing window execution
- Recruit, hire, onboard and develop employees, including interviewing & training
- Communicate job expectations to employees
- Hold team members accountable for their behavior and performance, addressing concerns promptly
- Support the development and retention of team members through observation and coaching
- Create and maintain a "Guest First" culture in the restaurant
- Ensure all shifts are appropriately staffed to achieve guest service goals, including covering shifts when necessary
- Maintain safe, secure, and healthy environment by following and enforcing safety, food safety, and sanitation guidelines and complying with all applicable laws
- Ensure Business Owner & Baskin Robbins standards, recipes and systems are executed
- Ensure restaurant is stocked to service customers needs, including store runs for milk and bananas and bank runs for change
- Ensure clean restaurant standards are met and maintained
- Help prepare and complete action plans; implement production, productivity, quality and guest service standards
- Review guest feedback and restaurant assessment results and implement action plans to drive system improvements
- Control costs to help maximize profitability, including appropriate staffing, waste, scoop size, inventory/orderiing
- Execute all in-restaurant marketing promotions in a timely manner
- Execute new product roll-outs including team training, marketing and sampling
- Drive sales goals and track results
- Other duties as assigned
