Project Manager - Multi-family
We are an established, growth oriented General Contractor with a strong presence across the Southeast. With a proven track record delivering high quality multi family developments, we partner with top developers to bring large scale residential projects to life. As we continue to expand in the Atlanta market, we are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team. The Project Manager will oversee the full lifecycle of multi family construction project; from preconstruction through closeout ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires strong leadership, financial acumen, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders across complex builds.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage multi family construction projects from start to finish
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and forecasts
- Coordinate with superintendents, subcontractors, architects, and clients
- Manage procurement, contract administration, and change orders
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies
- Monitor project progress and proactively address risks and challenges
- Maintain strong client relationships and provide regular project updates
- Oversee project financials, including cost tracking and reporting
- Lead project meetings and drive accountability across all project partners
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
- 3+ years of experience managing ground up multi family construction projects
- Strong understanding of construction processes, scheduling, and cost control
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
- Experience with project management software (Procore, Primavera, or similar)
