About our Agency:I opened my agency in 2016 and currently lead a team of three. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I worked as a teacher and later in college recruiting. Those experiences strengthened my passion for helping others and building meaningful relationships. I'm also a third-generation State Farm agent and a graduate of Eastern Michigan University.
Serving the community is one of my greatest passions. I'm a Community Cabinet Ambassador, support the Community Cabinet Food Pantry, serve on the Child Advocacy Board, and am involved with both the Alma Action Committee and the Downtown Development Committee. I love giving back to the community that has supported my agency.

Responsibilities:
  • Communicate with customers to understand their needs and provide available product information.
  • Assist in developing relationships with new and existing customers across multiple product lines.
  • Support daily office operations, including documentation, scheduling, and follow-up activities.
  • Participate in marketing efforts to promote awareness within the community.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure a consistent customer experience.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve office objectives.

Qualifications:
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Prior experience in customer service, business support, or insurance preferred.
  • Must possess or be able to obtain necessary state insurance licenses.

Compensation: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
