This is a rapidly growing area, and Studio+ is helping clients reimagine customer, employee, and operational experiences through Salesforce, Data Cloud, Agentforce, automation, analytics, and AI-enabled transformation. Most of your time will be spent embedded with client teams, leading business and technology conversations that help clients innovate, modernize, and create measurable value.

As a Manager in Salesforce Solution Architecture, you will shape solution direction across complex Salesforce programs. You will bridge business strategy, functional process design, data and integration architecture, AI enablement, governance, adoption, and delivery execution. Your leadership will help clients decide when to use AI, when to use automation, and when to simplify processes before technology is applied.

• Lead business-led discovery and design sessions with executive sponsors, product owners, users, architects, and delivery teams to define desired outcomes, user journeys, decision points, business processes, and value measures.
• Own or guide Salesforce solution architecture across multi-cloud environments, including Sales, Service, Experience, Revenue/CPQ, Marketing, Data Cloud/Data 360, Agentforce, MuleSoft, Tableau, Slack, and related enterprise systems where relevant.
• Define target-state solution roadmaps that balance business value, user adoption, AI enablement, governance, data readiness, integration complexity, security, privacy, technical debt, and delivery feasibility.
• Lead the design of agentic and AI-assisted solutions, including use case qualification, prompt and instruction strategy, trusted data grounding, human-in-the-loop controls, escalation paths, testing approach, operating model, and adoption plan.
• Guide teams in the use of Prompt Builder, Agentforce, Einstein, Flow, Apex, APIs, Data Cloud/Data 360, and enterprise knowledge sources to create practical solutions that improve productivity and business outcomes.
• Establish design standards, architecture decision records, reusable patterns, governance considerations, and quality checkpoints for Salesforce delivery teams.
• Lead or support pre-sales activities, including solution shaping, RFP responses, statements of work, estimates, delivery plans, staffing models, and executive storytelling.
• Identify and mitigate risks across business process design, technology, data, integration, security, privacy, responsible AI, change management, and adoption.
• Coach and guide analysts, consultants, seniors, developers, and architects to create high-quality deliverables and client-ready recommendations.
• Partner with client and EY leadership to track value realization, adoption, delivery quality, and long-term scalability of implemented solutions.

• Executive presence and strong oral and written communication skills, with comfort leading conversations with stakeholders at all levels.
• Ability to translate business strategy and functional needs into scalable Salesforce solution architecture and delivery roadmaps.
• Deep Salesforce platform knowledge, including configuration, security, automation, integration, data model, deployment, and multi-cloud architecture patterns.
• AI fluency and practical experience shaping generative AI or agentic use cases, including prompt design, grounding, evaluation, responsible AI controls, adoption, and value measurement.
• Knowledge of Agentforce concepts such as agents, topics, actions, instructions, knowledge retrieval, testing, monitoring, escalation, and operating model design.
• Knowledge of Data Cloud/Data 360 concepts such as ingestion, identity resolution, unified profiles, calculated insights, segmentation, activation, governance, and AI grounding.
• Ability to evaluate build/buy/extend trade‑offs, maximize out‑of‑the‑box Salesforce capabilities, and recommend when custom development is warranted.
• Experience applying cybersecurity, privacy, data governance, responsible AI, and risk management considerations to enterprise solution design.
• Strong relationship‑building, people leadership, delivery governance, complex problem‑solving, critical thinking, and communicating with impact.

• A Bachelor’s degree is required (4‑year degree)
• Typically 4‑6+ years of relevant Salesforce implementation experience with teams of five or more people, including hands‑on configuration, customization, or architecture responsibilities.
• Minimum 3 years of experience leading teams of analysts, developers, or consultants.
• Minimum 2 years of Salesforce solution or technical architecture experience on enterprise projects.
• Experience directing Salesforce development teams working with Apex, Lightning Web Components, SOQL, Flow, APIs, integrations, or equivalent Salesforce platform capabilities.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems and designing secure, scalable data and integration patterns.
• Salesforce Administrator and Platform App Builder certifications, or equivalent Salesforce credentials and demonstrated platform proficiency.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, lead through ambiguity, communicate clearly, and travel based on client needs.

• Salesforce Application Architect, System Architect, Integration Architect, Data Architect, Sharing and Visibility Architect, or related architect‑level certification.
• Salesforce Certified Agentforce Specialist, Salesforce AI Associate, Salesforce Data Cloud Consultant, or Salesforce Data 360 Consultant certification.
• Hands‑on or advisory experience with Agentforce, Prompt Builder, Einstein, Data Cloud/Data 360, MuleSoft, Tableau, Slack, Marketing Cloud, Experience Cloud, or Revenue/CPQ.
• Experience establishing AI governance or Salesforce AI Center of Excellence patterns, including roles, decision rights, prioritization, development standards, monitoring, and value tracking.
• Experience designing AI‑enabled operating models, value cases, adoption plans, or change management approaches for enterprise clients.
• Previous experience leading offshore or nearshore development teams and coordinating across multiple workstreams.

• You shape client strategy and solution direction, not just platform configuration.
• You help clients identify where Salesforce, Data Cloud, Agentforce, automation, and AI can create measurable business value while staying grounded in governance and adoption realities.
• You lead teams to produce practical, scalable, secure, and maintainable architectures that clients can operate long term.
• You elevate the practice through reusable patterns, pursuit support, coaching, and thought leadership in modern Salesforce and AI‑enabled transformation.

• We offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package where you’ll be rewarded based on your performance and recognized for the value you bring to the business. The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $139,100 to $254,900. The base salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $166,900 to $289,700. Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography. In addition, our Total Rewards package includes medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and a wide range of paid time off options.
