Job description

We have an immediate requirement for a CLM position. Candidate should be ready to work in Onsite / Offshore co-ordination mode.
REMOTE
  1. 7 - 8 years of experience with at least 5 years of CLM domain knowledge and development experience.
  2. Solid understanding of contract management, workflow automation and document management processes
  3. Should have developer experience (designing, customizing, solutioning) in any of the CLM tools like Conga/Ironclad/iCertis/Agiloft
  4. Should have technical experience with Java/Salesforce
  5. Work closely with business analysts, legal stakeholders and IT teams to translate business requirements into technical configurations.
  6. Experience in integrations with third party tools via REST APIs
  7. Should be able to drive the transformation from Legacy CLM to new CLM product
  8. Good communication skill, self-driven, proactive.
  9. Willingness to learn Agiloft and work on its implementation
