Our Hourly Crew Members are an intricate part of our business. As the first person to communicate with our customers, you’re responsible for ensuring a great customer experience! With a friendly and outgoing attitude, you will work in our restaurant to maintain the highest levels of customer satisfaction, speed of service, and remaining aligned with our safety and sanitation standards.

Your Responsibilities:

  •  Work with customers in a fast paced environment

  •  Greet customers in a friendly and helpful manner

  •  Take orders, answer questions and suggest new menu items

  •  Prepare menu items to the customer’s specifications while maintaining portion controls

  •  Be a team player!

  •  Communicate with your team members to ensure speedy service and that all items are charged

    properly

  •  Use our cash register to collect payments from customers and provide accurate change

  •  Follow the Recipe Manual to prep food and menu ingredients

  •  Perform opening and closing duties

  •  Follow all safety policies and procedures

  •  Be dependable by always being on time for scheduled shifts and maintaining a well groomed

  •  Be able to bend, stoop, lift and move items up to 40 lbs. without assistance
