Job Description
Summary:
The Site Manager will support the III Corps Mission Training Complex Capability Support (MTCCS) Task Order providing top-tier training for US military service members and partners at Forts Hood, Bliss, Carson, Riley, Sill, and Joint Base San Antonio (JBSA). The III Corps and JBSA Mission Training Complexes (MTCs) provide high-quality simulation-driven training tools for training unit commanders to conduct individual, leader, and collective mission command training. MTCs assist commanders in leveraging available resources, to include the mix of live, virtual, and constructive (LVC) training enablers.
Specific duties may include, but are not limited to:
  • Shall be responsible for all contractor performance requirements at the MTC.
  • Shal have routine interface with the MTC Director and provide the Director with status updates.
  • Shall conduct overall scheduling, management coordination, oversee training execution and manage continuing education training.

Job Requirements
Required Qualifications:
  • Must have completed a BS or BA degree, subject immaterial.
  • Must have at least 8 years' experience with military training support.
  • Must have completed the Army Command and Staff College (CGSC) or Intermediate Level Education or equivalent education level military schooling.
  • Must have experience in operations and training requirements at a Brigade or higher level.
  • Must have a minimum of 5 years' experience with training management within an MTC or similar operation.
  • Successfully served as a Centralized Selection List (CSL) battalion or brigade commander.

Clearance: Requires TOP SECRET Security Clearance.

Travel: Travel willbe required to include CONUS and OCONUS.
