Join a mission‑driven team where you’ll design, build, and sustain modern applications and data‑driven solutions that accelerate automation, integration, and decision support across the enterprise. * Design, develop, and deploy applications and services that integrate with Microsoft 365/Azure environments.  * Lead development of Microsoft Power Platform solutions, especially Power Automate flows at scale (governance, monitoring, exception handling, connectors, ALM). * Build intuitive Power BI reports/dashboards and data models that translate complex data into actionable insights. * Integrate AI capabilities (prompt‑driven workflows, classification/extraction, copilots/assistants) into new and existing apps; bonus if you’ve used AskSage and Copilot in enterprise contexts. * Partner with stakeholders to refine requirements, iterate quickly, and deliver secure, compliant solutions. * Thrive in a hybrid team, remote day‑to‑day, Crystal City on‑site 1-3/week for sprint ceremonies, demos, and stakeholder sessions.
