• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments using telehealth platforms to evaluate patients' mental health needs accurately.
• Design and implement personalized treatment plans according to the best practices and solution-based interventions to address a variety of psychological challenges.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) to provide effective care tailored to individual client needs.
• Maintain accurate clinical records through secure electronic health record (EHR) systems, ensuring confidentiality and adherence to industry regulations.
• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team of mental health professionals, participating in virtual meetings to enhance treatment planning and patient outcomes.
• Engage in ongoing professional development activities, including webinars and online training, to stay informed about the latest research and techniques in mental health care.
• Educate patients and their families about mental health issues, empowering them to navigate treatment options and available resources.

Your caseload will include a diverse range of clients with varying ages, backgrounds, and mental health needs, allowing for a rich, fulfilling clinical experience. • A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.
• A valid LCSW license permitting practice in the state of Texas, where the role is based.
• At least 2 years of clinical experience, specifically in the provision of psychotherapy services.
