Job description

The Staff Pad is proud to partner with a leading hospice and palliative care provider in the DFW Metroplex,to hire a compassionate Master Social Worker (MSW/LMSW/LCSW). Reporting to the Director of Family Care Services, The Master Social Worker provides coordinated hospice care by conducting psychosocial assessments, counseling patients and families, coordinating community resources, and supporting emotional, financial, environmental, and end-of-life needs.
