Staff Accountant Hybrid Position
MSP Real Estate Heritage Senior Living - West Allis, WI
Salary Range: $65,000 to $70,000 - Full Time
MSP Real Estate/Heritage Senior Living is seeking a detail-oriented Staff Accountant to support day-to-day accounting operations and financial reporting across multiple entities. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with numbers, solving problems, and improving processes.
Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare journal entries and assist with month-end close
  • Perform bank and general ledger reconciliations
  • Support accounts payable and receivable functions
  • Analyze financial data and explain variances
  • Assist with audit preparation and reporting to banks/investors
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and efficiency

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or related field (preferred)
  • 2+ years of accounting experience (preferred)
  • Strong Excel skills and familiarity with accounting software
  • Experience with Yardi or PointClickCare (PCC) is a plus
