Do you love dogs? The Dog House in Bloomington, IN is looking for responsible full- and part-time pet technicians to join our team.


The Dog House provides cage-free dog daycare and boarding to the Bloomington community and is staffed 24 hours per day, 365 days per year.


Responsibilities

  • Flexible Schedule
  • Provide exceptional pet care every day in a cage-free, group environment
  • Supervise pets in a group environment
  • Communicate with your team in an effective and courteous way
  • Maintain a clean environment for pets throughout our facility
  • Provide a positive and safe environment for our canine guests
  • Advance your knowledge and skills through provided training to better yourself both professionally and personally


Qualifications

  • Some holiday and weekend availability is required
  • Must be comfortable working in a group of dogs of all breed and sizes
  • Must be able to lift 50 pounds unassisted
  • Must be comfortable standing for extended periods
  • Must be comfortable working outdoors for short periods in all weather conditions (safety always comes first!)
  • Must be willing to engage in fun with staff for employee activities and outings
