Job description

We run a high-volume, professional line servicing both the upscale Garden View Restaurant and the fast-paced Fireside Lounge. This is a scratch-influenced environment where quality and speed are the priorities.


The Menu You will execute PNW-inspired dishes and high-end lounge fare, including:

  • Entrées: Black Cod Piccata, Cedar Plank Salmon, and Center-cut Ribeye.
  • Pastas: Steak Bite Rigatoni and Blackened Cajun Chicken Pasta.
  • Lounge: Half-pound Wagyu burgers and Crispy Prosciutto flatbreads.


What We Need:

  • Experience: 1–3 years on a professional line (Saute, Grill, or Fry).
  • Skills: Ability to hit exact temps on a Teres Major and plate complex dishes like Seafood Cioppino.
  • Communication: Sharp "line talk" and the ability to stay organized during a 100+ cover rush.
  • Reliability: Professionals who show up on time and take pride in their station.
