Own solutions from discovery and requirements through design, hands-on development, testing, deployment, and ongoing support.
  • Participate in solution design reviews and establish maintainable development patterns and technical standards.
  • Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide Level 3 escalation support.
  • Evaluate emerging AI technologies, including Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, and similar platforms, for practical enterprise use.
  • Document solutions, communicate technical recommendations, and help end users maximize available automation and AI capabilities.
  • Stay current on evolving Power Platform, Microsoft 365, and AI technologies and recommend new capabilities that can deliver measurable business value.

Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of relevant technology, application development, automation, or enterprise systems experience.

  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 technologies, including SharePoint and Teams.
  • Experience with Power Platform administration and enterprise development practices.
  • Experience integrating applications and workflows through APIs.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate business requirements into scalable, practical technical solutions.
  • Strong troubleshooting, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong relationship-building skills and ability to collaborate effectively across business and technology teams.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Hands-on experience building solutions or agents with Microsoft Copilot Studio, Microsoft Copilot, or similar enterprise AI technologies.
  • Exposure to enterprise Generative AI platforms such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, or similar LLM-based tools, with an interest in applying emerging AI capabilities to practical business problems.
  • Experience developing AI-enabled workflows, assistants, or business automation solutions.
  • Familiarity with responsible AI principles and enterprise AI governance.
  • Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate.
  • Microsoft Azure AI Fundamentals (AI-900) or a comparable AI certification.
