- Strong experience in MS Dynamics 365 Contact Center / Customer Service module (MANDATORY)
- Expertise in Power Platform:
- Power Apps
- Power Automate
- Power BI
- Hands-on experience in Contact Center / Call Center environments
- Experience with chat, messaging, and email channels
- Exposure to AI / Copilot / Virtual Agents
- Copilot Studio (Nice to have)
Role Summary
Looking for a senior, hands-on architect to lead digital contact center transformation using MS Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.
This role is business-outcome focused, not just technical—driving:
- Better customer experience (CSAT)
- Reduced call volume (self-service / bots)
- Improved efficiency & cost
Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end digital contact center (chat, email, messaging)
- Define and implement AI, Copilot, and automation strategy
- Design and evolve Dynamics 365 contact center platform

Required Experience
- 5+ years in digital contact center solutions
- Hands-on with Dynamics 365 Customer Service / Omnichannel
