This is an on-site/hybrid role and candidates must be able to reliably commute to our Germantown, WI facility at least 3 days per week. The analyst provides data-driven insights to influence business decisions and contributes to Sales, Inventory, Operating Planning (SIOP) and integrated business processes (IBS).ResponsibilitiesExecute and support enterprise inventory strategy, segmentation, and optimization frameworksCollaborate with distribution, commercial, and supply chain teams to implement efficient stocking solutionsDevelop and maintain inventory KPIs, reporting, and analytics to guide business decisionsAnalyze inventory recommendations (safety stock, reorder points, service levels) and make recommendations based on supplier costs, terms, and demand patterns.
