Business Analyst - Microsoft Viva Insights & Employee Experience Analytics
Root cause analysis,SQL,acceptance testing,business insights,business requirements,commercial department management,data analysis,data dictionary,data engineering,data governance,data lineage,data management,data mapping,data migration,data profiling,dat US D1 ID-FSNA 'Gather analyze and document business requirements related to employee experience workforce productivity and organizational effectiveness
Leverage Microsoft Viva Insights to analyze workplace collaboration patterns wellbeing trends meeting effectiveness and productivity metrics Develop dashboards reports and executive presentations that provide actionable workforce insights
Partner with HR Talent Management Employee Experience and Business Leaders to identify key performance indicators KPIs and success metrics
Translate business requirements into analytics solutions and reporting frameworks
Conduct workforce trend analysis and provide recommendations to improve employee engagement and effectiveness
Analyze collaboration data from Microsoft 365 applications including
Outlook
Teams
SharePoint
OneDrive
Viva Insights
Support organizational change management and employee adoption initiatives
Perform data quality assessments and validation of workforce metrics
Assist in survey analytics employee listening programs and engagement reporting
Ensure compliance with privacy security and ethical use of employee data
Collaborate with technical teams to integrate Viva Insights data into enterprise reporting platforms

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: 125,000 - 135,000
Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting. This range may be subject to change as permitted by law.
The actual compensation offered to any candidate may fall outside of the posted range and will be determined based on multiple factors legally permitted in the applicable jurisdiction.
These may include, but are not limited to: Geographic location, Education and qualifications, Certifications and licenses, Relevant experience and skills, Seniority and performance, Market and business consideration, Internal pay equity.
It is not typical for candidates to be hired at or near the top of the posted compensation range.
In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
