Summary: The MRT-C Analyst supports Mission-Relevant Terrain-Cyber (MRT-C) assessments by analyzing mission dependencies, cyber terrain, and operational risks impacting DoD missions.

This role conducts interviews, collects and analyzes technical and operational data, and develops analytical reports to support mission assurance efforts. Responsibilities Essential Job Functions: * Conduct data collection, interviews, and analysis to identify mission dependencies and mission-relevant terrain supporting operational missions * Support MRT-C assessments by identifying and documenting Mission-Relevant Terrain-Cyber (MRT-C) and Key Terrain-Cyber (KT-C) * Develop assessment reports and supporting analytical products, subject to government and stakeholder approval * Conduct on-site and remote interviews with mission owners, technical SMEs, and operational stakeholders to gather mission dependency data * Complete Operational Risk Assessment (ORA) components including vulnerability, adversary, likelihood, and impact risk questions for assigned mission areas * Collect and analyze information to support adversary risk and likelihood assessments impacting mission execution * Provide recommendations to support mission assurance efforts, including initial sensor placement and defensive posture improvements * Support development of mission assurance reports and deliverables for MRT-C project areas * Participate in regular program meetings and provide updates on project status, risks, and analysis activities * Coordinate with MRT-C planners and team leads to ensure assessment timelines and deliverables are met * Provide weekly action reports or service metric inputs as directed by program leadership #CJ Qualifications Necessary Skills and Knowledge: * Working knowledge of cybersecurity principles and defensive measures supporting operational mission systems * Ability to analyze complex operational environments involving networks, systems, and mission dependencies * Capability to identify mission-critical systems, cyber terrain, and supporting infrastructure affecting operational missions * Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to assess cyber risk and mission impact * Strong written and verbal communication skills to document findings and support mission assurance reporting * Ability to collaborate effectively with mission owners, planners, analysts, and technical SMEs * Knowledge of network architecture and cyber dependency analysis supporting operational missions Minimum Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in cybersecurity, information systems, engineering, or a related field * Minimum 4 years of cyber analysis, mission assurance, or operational analysis experience * Experience conducting technical interviews, data collection, and analytical reporting * TS/SCI clearance required Preferred Qualifications: * Advanced degree or any relevant certifications Pay and Benefits The pay range for the position is $100,000.00 - $126,000.00 annually.
