AAA USA is actively hiring experienced Avionics Technicians to support major commercial aircraft maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO) programs in Multiple Locations. We are seeking skilled aviation professionals with experience installing, troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining aircraft avionics, electrical systems, navigation equipment, communication systems, and aircraft electronic components.

Essential Functions:

  • Install, inspect, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain aircraft avionics and electrical systems.
  • Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on aircraft navigation, communication, radar, flight control, and in-flight entertainment (IFE) systems.
  • Diagnose electrical and avionics system discrepancies using test equipment, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals.
  • Read and interpret aircraft wiring diagrams, schematics, engineering drawings, and maintenance manuals.
  • Perform operational and functional testing to verify proper system performance.
  • Support aircraft inspections, modifications, repairs, and return-to-service activities.
  • Coordinate with mechanics and other maintenance personnel to troubleshoot aircraft system discrepancies.
  • Assist with aircraft pre-delivery inspections, functional checks, and taxi inspections as required.
  • Complete maintenance documentation in accordance with FAA regulations, customer requirements, and company procedures.
  • Maintain compliance with all safety, quality, and regulatory standards while supporting production schedules.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • 2+ years of aircraft avionics, aircraft electrical, or aerospace maintenance experience.
  • Experience troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining aircraft avionics and electrical systems.
  • Ability to read and interpret aircraft wiring diagrams, electrical schematics, and technical manuals.
  • Experience using electrical test equipment and diagnostic tools.
  • Commercial aircraft, military aircraft, MRO, manufacturing, or aircraft maintenance experience accepted.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills with excellent attention to detail and quality workmanship.
  • Ability to work in physically demanding aerospace environments.
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States.
