- Hillcrest Hospital South is a full-service 180-bed hospital providing a wide range of inpatient and outpatient services using state-of-the-art technology in a friendly community setting. Consistent performance has helped the hospital be nationally recognized for patient safety.
- Perform complex tasks associated with operating high field strength magnets and equipment to produce quality images.Â
- Explain procedures and observe patients to ensure safety and comfort during the scan.Â
- Position patients and start IVs as needed.Â
- Load and operate power injectors for contrast media administration.
- Evaluate images for technical quality, exposure, and transmit to PACS.Â
- Operate the scanner to provide cross-sectional images and data for medical treatment and diagnosis.Â
